Magnesium Oil

Magnesium oil can be applied to the skin instead of taking supplements. It is to help relieve magnesium deficiency - it helps relieve muscle aches and pain and help with relaxation and sleep.

Contains  Magnesium chloride  flakes and distilled water.

Test on your forearm first as using can result in itching the first time – this is normal. Spray on arms, body & legs on getting out of the shower at night & allow to soak in. Spray onto soles of feet to aid sleep.
